Description

Responsibilities:
- Consultation of VIP-players;
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (chats/e-mails);
- Help in solving customer problems and current issues;
- Willingness to be proactive and suggest ideas for improving work processes.
- Shift schedule 2/2 (alternation of day and night shifts)
Requirements:
- English level B2 and (without) Germany level B1;
- Sociability and stress tolerance;
- Experienced PC user;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training).
