The VIP Account Manager Role
As VIP Account Manager, you will serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of the company’s highest-value Arabic-speaking players. You will own their experience across casino, live casino, and sportsbook products, using player data and behavioural insights to inform your approach and deliver tailored promotions, personalised offers, and first-class service.
You will proactively manage your portfolio, identifying upgrade opportunities, monitoring at-risk players, and intervening at the right moment to protect retention and revenue. You will also play a key role in organising exclusive promotions and events, and will work cross-functionally with CRM, marketing, payments, and support teams to ensure every touchpoint is seamless.
