Richard Freppoli
Richard leads recruitment at iGaming Recruitment, working directly with operators, affiliates and suppliers across Gibraltar, Malta and Cyprus. He has built his career inside iGaming and focuses on commercial, product and senior leadership roles.
Clients come to him for a straight answer, not a stack of CVs. He takes the time to understand the brief, represents it honestly to the market, and only puts forward people he believes can do the job. When someone is not the right fit, he says so early, and saves everyone the weeks a bad process tends to cost.
Elke van Tuijl
Elke works with candidates and clients across casino, sportsbook and marketing roles throughout Europe. She knows the iGaming market well, and she takes the time to understand what a candidate actually wants rather than pushing them towards whatever role is open.
That counts most on the big decisions, a first move abroad or a step up in seniority. Elke talks through what a role and a location are really like, and she will tell someone honestly when a move is not right for them, even when it is the easy one to make.
