Reporting to the Head of Programme, the Senior Project Manager will own the full delivery lifecycle for major client engagements, from initial scoping through to go-live and beyond. Key Responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of client onboarding and platform migration projects from initiation through to go-live and post-launch support. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each engagement, providing regular progress updates, managing expectations, and building the long-term relationships that underpin successful B2B iGaming delivery.
Translating client requirements into detailed, workable delivery plans sits at the centre of the role. Working closely with product and technology teams, you will validate business requirements, coordinate the technical aspects of platform configuration and data migration, and keep every workstream on track against agreed milestones.
The Senior Project Manager maintains constant communication across internal and external stakeholder groups, providing governance and visibility at every stage. This includes setting and tracking clear delivery milestones, managing risks and dependencies through structured RAID logs, and producing regular status reports for senior stakeholders.
You will also support the pre-sales process, contributing to scoping discussions and delivery planning during the concept and proposal stages. Working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, account management, and operations teams is a routine and valued part of this Senior Project Manager position.

- Experience working with product and engineering teams on complex platform migrations
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage project budgets, control scope, and allocate resources effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
