About the Role
We are recruiting a Sales Manager – Europe on behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming technology provider building scalable turnkey and white-label platforms across Sweepstakes, Online Casino, Sportsbook, and Prediction Markets. This is a fully remote Sales Manager position covering the European market, and it exists to lead the next phase of our client’s commercial growth across the region.
The Sales Manager – Europe will own B2B sales of iGaming technology solutions to
operators, aggregators, and strategic partners throughout European regulated markets.
With more than 100 global clients and over 150 deployments already live across the US, UK, and Europe, our client has a proven platform and now needs a commercially aware sales professional to convert that momentum into new European business.
Success in this Europe-based Sales Manager role looks like a healthy, well-qualified pipeline, strong relationships across the European iGaming ecosystem, and a consistent record of closing high-value platform deals.
You will work closely with marketing, product,and senior leadership, and your contribution will be visible at the top of the business.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager – Europe, you will drive B2B sales of iGaming technology and platform solutions across European markets, taking ownership of revenue targets for the region.
You will identify, engage, and acquire new operators, aggregators, and strategic partners, building a pipeline that reflects where the European online casino and sportsbook markets are heading.
You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, translating commercial goals into a clear plan for each target market. Managing the full sales cycle is central to the role, from lead generation and first contact through to commercial proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.
Relationship management sits alongside new business. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, affiliates, and aggregators, becoming a trusted point of contact for our client in the region.
You will also conduct market research to stay close to emerging trends, regulatory shifts, competitor activity, and growth opportunities across European regulated markets.
Representing our client at major industry events, conferences, and networking forums is a regular part of the role, so you will be comfortable as a public face of the business.
Internally, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to keep commercial activity aligned, and you will maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports so the wider team has a clear view of progress.
