This Sales and Account Manager role is a pivotal hire for our client. The successful candidate will own the complete B2B sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead qualification through to product demonstrations, contract negotiations, closing, and new client onboarding. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Account Manager at our client, you will own the full commercial lifecycle. From identifying and qualifying new leads through outbound prospecting and attending industry conferences, to delivering compelling product demonstrations and steering negotiations towards a close, you will be the primary commercial contact for operators, affiliates, and platform partners across multiple regulated markets.
Pipeline management and CRM discipline are central to this role. You will maintain a well-structured, accurately forecasted pipeline and provide regular reporting on revenue performance, target attainment, and account health to the senior leadership team. Setting meaningful KPIs and holding yourself accountable to monthly and quarterly targets will be part of the natural rhythm of the position.
Collaboration is equally important. The Sales and Account Manager will work closely with the Product team to help refine the strategic roadmap, feeding back market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor insights so that the product offering stays ahead of the curve. Partnering with Marketing to align outbound messaging and campaigns with real commercial opportunities will be a regular activity.
On the account management side, the candidate will be expected to develop deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers across operator, affiliate, and aggregator organisations. This means proactively identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, renegotiating commercial terms where appropriate, and ensuring every client interaction adds tangible value.
The role also carries a strategic dimension. The Sales and Account Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive commercial strategy, helping leadership identify market opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and capitalise on growth vectors across the UK, EU, LATAM, and US markets.
Contractual and regulatory integrity is non-negotiable. All commercial activities must comply with the relevant legal frameworks and internal policies, and the successful candidate will be expected to identify and flag any business risks arising from commercial operations before they escalate.
Finally, representing our client on the global iGaming stage is a meaningful part of the role. Attending and networking at major industry events, conferences, and summits will be expected, providing direct opportunities to build the pipeline and reinforce the brand’s presence in key markets.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, commercially aware professional with a demonstrable track record in B2B sales and account management within iGaming or an adjacent industry. The ideal candidate brings energy, focus, and a collaborative mindset.

- Proven track record of B2B revenue generation and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Direct experience in iGaming, online betting, SaaS, fintech, or a closely adjacent sector.

- Knowledge of regulated markets including the UK, EU, LATAM, or US.
