About the Role
Our client is a leading B2B iGaming platform provider operating at scale across multiple regulated markets. They are now looking for a Product Manager (Player Engagement Platforms) to join their Product team and take ownership of one of the most commercially critical domains within the business.

Key Responsibilities

As the Product Manager (Player Engagement Platforms), you will define and maintain the product roadmap for all player engagement systems, including promotions, loyalty, tier mechanics, integrations with external engagement tools, and messaging infrastructure. You will prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact, operator demand, and technical feasibility, continuously evolving platform capabilities to support advanced campaign execution, gamification, and long-term retention strategies across regulated iGaming markets.
Promotions Engine and Campaign Capabilities
You will own the end-to-end evolution of the promotions engine, covering all supported campaign types including cashback, leaderboards, tournaments, and instant rewards. This includes defining how promotions are configured, triggered, and executed within the platform, enabling targeting through externally defined player segments, ensuring promotions integrate correctly with wallets, gameplay events, and the player lifecycle, and translating campaign concepts into scalable, reusable platform configurations.

You will define and optimise the loyalty framework, including point accrual logic, tier progression, and reward structures. You will work to ensure these mechanics are configurable, scalable, and commercially effective across a growing operator portfolio.
Integrations with Engagement and Communication Platforms

Core responsibilities include defining how external platforms consume player data, triggers, and audience segments to execute campaigns, overseeing messaging capabilities across email, SMS, and push notification channels, and ensuring reliable, trigger-based campaign execution across all communication channels.
Affiliate and Tracking Integrations
You will manage integrations with affiliate platforms and tracking providers, ensuring accurate attribution of player acquisition sources. This enables teams to track, analyse, and optimise acquisition performance through clean, reliable data flows across the platform.
Campaign Execution and Player Engagement Enablement
You will enable teams to execute multi-step player engagement campaigns, including onboarding flows, reactivation programmes, and retention journeys. You will define campaign trigger logic, reward delivery mechanisms, and ensure consistency between promotions, messaging, and player journeys for a seamless experience across the platform.
Cross-Functional Delivery
