Live Casino Manager | Gibraltar | On-site

Location: Gibraltar
Salary: circa £60,000 to £70,000
Working Pattern: On-site, Gibraltar
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports To: Head of Casino

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing online gaming operator with serious commitments across regulated European markets, is hiring a Live Casino Manager to take full ownership of the live casino vertical from Gibraltar.

The Live Casino Manager will be the dedicated owner of the live casino product, accountable for strategy, commercial performance, player engagement, and the day-to-day delivery of a competitive live gaming experience.

This is a senior commercial appointment inside one of the most strategically important verticals at the business. The Live Casino Manager will sit within the wider Casino team and report to the Head of Casino, partnering closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Acquisition, Data, and Compliance.

It is a role for a Live Casino Manager who wants meaningful P&L ownership, high visibility across the leadership team, and a clear runway towards a Head of Live Casino position over time.

Based in Gibraltar, one of Europe’s most established iGaming jurisdictions, the Live Casino Manager will benefit from a tight operator and supplier cluster, direct access to senior decision makers, and a regulatory framework under the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority that supports long-term, sustainable growth across regulated European markets.

Key Responsibilities

The Live Casino Manager will own end-to-end commercial performance of the live casino vertical, with full accountability for revenue, retention, active players, gross gaming yield, and overall profitability.

This includes setting commercial targets across the live casino category, tracking KPIs, identifying underperforming segments, and continuously refining the live casino lobby to support sustainable growth.

Strategy and roadmap definition form a core part of the remit. The Live Casino Manager will shape the live casino strategy in line with broader casino and business goals, identify opportunities to differentiate the live casino product from competitors, and prioritise initiatives that combine short-term commercial outcomes with long-term product evolution.

Provider relationship management is central to success. The Live Casino Manager will own commercial and operational partnerships with major live dealer studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Playtech, negotiating commercial terms, securing dedicated tables and exclusive content where possible, and ensuring the live casino lobby reflects the strongest mix of tables, game shows, and branded formats available in the market.

Day-to-day product optimisation sits firmly within the role. The Live Casino Manager will manage content placement, lobby merchandising, dedicated table scheduling, and incident response, working closely with Product and Operations to safeguard uptime and deliver a frictionless live casino experience across web and mobile.

Cross-functional collaboration drives outcomes. The Live Casino Manager will partner with CRM, Acquisition, and Marketing teams to design promotions, tournaments, segmentation campaigns, and engagement mechanics that grow live casino share of wallet, support cross-sell from sportsbook and slots, and reactivate dormant player cohorts.

Data sits at the centre of decision making. The Live Casino Manager will use BI platforms, player behaviour data, and competitor benchmarking to inform commercial choices, monitor promotional ROI, and prioritise optimisations across the live casino lobby and the wider player journey.

Industry awareness is essential. The Live Casino Manager will track market trends, competitor activity, new game show formats, hybrid streaming products, and emerging dealer-led content, and will ensure the live casino product remains fully aligned with regulatory and responsible gambling requirements across all licensed jurisdictions.
