We are working with an established multi-brand iGaming operator to find a Head of Casino who can take full ownership of game portfolio strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial performance across multiple brands and regulated markets.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Product, CRM, BI, and Vendor Management, directly influencing GGR growth, hold optimisation, promotional efficiency, and supplier deal structures. About Our Client

Our client is a growing multi-brand iGaming operator with an active and expanding presence across multiple regulated markets. Their casino product spans a broad content portfolio including slots and live casino, with genuine commercial ambitions that require a specialist at the helm to maximise game performance, manage key provider relationships, and build a smarter, more data-driven approach to portfolio strategy.

They are looking for a Head of Casino who brings real structure, commercial rigour, and strategic direction to a function that sits at the very heart of the business. This is not a maintenance role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to shape how a growing operator competes commercially in the markets that matter.

The Role

As Head of Casino, you will own end-to-end commercial responsibility for the casino product, from lobby ordering and game performance analysis through to vendor negotiations, promotional alignment, and contract oversight.

You will serve as the primary commercial contact for all game providers and the internal voice connecting product strategy to commercial outcomes. The Head of Casino sits at the centre of the operation, working across Product, CRM, BI, Risk, and Legal to drive measurable performance across the full portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Game Ordering and Lobby Strategy

Own game positioning across all lobby segments including top games, trending content, new releases, geo-specific placements, and personalised recommendations. Optimise ordering based on performance data and market trends. Coordinate with BI and Tech to develop AI-powered game ranking and performance scoring frameworks. Identify and treat high-risk or bonus-abusive titles. Align lobby structure with CRM and acquisition campaign mechanics.

Vendor Relationship Management

Act as the primary commercial contact for all game providers. Run regular performance reviews and track provider contribution across GGR, hold percentage, bonus cost exposure, and campaign ROI. Negotiate exclusive promotions, tournament deals, network campaigns, custom content arrangements, and temporary commercial improvements.

Promotions and Campaign Alignment

Collaborate closely with CRM to secure and validate vendor-funded promotions. Review promo cost against expected uplift and track post-campaign ROI with structured, consistent reporting.

Commercial Optimisation

Monitor game and provider performance by market, RTP movements, bonus exposure, and concentration risk. Recommend vendor exposure caps, game restrictions, wagering exclusions, and content strategy adjustments. Identify underperforming providers and drive structured improvement plans with clear accountability.

Contract and Deal Support

Review commercial terms including revenue share structures, minimums, caps, and dedicated table costs. Maintain fee tracking across the full provider estate. Prepare commercial negotiation summaries for Legal and executive sign-off, ensuring terms are properly documented and enforced.

What They Are Looking For

3 or more years in iGaming casino commercial management or a closely related function, with clear evidence of ownership and measurable results. The right Head of Casino will bring strong working knowledge of slot mechanics, live casino economics, RTP models, and bonus abuse patterns. Proven experience negotiating directly with Tier 1 game providers is essential, including the ability to secure exclusive arrangements and hold vendors to commercial commitments. Advanced Excel and BI proficiency with a structured, KPI-oriented approach to performance reporting and strategic decision-making. The confidence to challenge vendors and internal stakeholders clearly and constructively when the commercial case demands it.

Nice to Have

Experience with aggregator platforms such as Hub88 or EveryMatrix. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Smartico or Optimove. Exposure to risk and fraud impact on game strategy. Multi-GEO experience across LATAM, Africa, or Asia.

You communicate clearly across functions, translate data into actionable recommendations, and bring structure to a role that spans multiple business areas and external relationships.
