Digital Content Campaign Manager – Malta iGaming Job
Digital Content Campaign Manager | Malta | Hybrid
Location: St Julians, Malta
Salary: €35,000 to €38,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
About the Role
Our client is hiring a Digital Content Campaign Manager in Malta to take full ownership of the CMS and promotional content across all player touchpoints. This is a hands-on, creative role at the heart of how player experience gets delivered, where every banner, promo page, push notification, and Telegram message either earns the operator a stronger player relationship or quietly costs it.
The Digital Content Campaign Manager will manage the full deployment of onsite and offsite content, working closely with CRM, design, and localisation teams to build campaigns that are visually engaging, clearly communicated, and aligned with both business goals and player experience. The role partners cross-functionally with CRM campaign managers, designers, product, and tech teams to ensure campaigns land cleanly, on time, and in the right tone of voice for each market.
If you are a content-driven digital operator who enjoys taking a campaign from brief to live deployment, this Digital Content Campaign Manager role in Malta offers the autonomy, scope, and pace to make a measurable impact on player engagement from day one.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Content Campaign Manager will own the CMS tools, ensuring seamless updates of onsite content, promotion pages, banners, and campaign materials across the player experience. The role is hands-on, building and publishing promotional pages, carousel and in-lobby banners, loyalty sections, and other onsite assets with a consistent focus on clarity, visual appeal, and accuracy.
Writing and localising promotional content sits firmly with this role. The successful candidate will craft messaging that lands well across web, mobile, Telegram, and any future channels, working closely with localisation teams to make sure tone, regulatory requirements, and player relevance are protected across markets.
Working in close partnership with CRM campaign managers, the Digital Content Campaign Manager will deploy and maintain CRM content according to the campaign calendar, ensuring nothing slips and that every campaign deploys with the right asset in the right channel at the right time. Quality assurance is a defining feature of the role. The successful candidate will conduct end-to-end QA on every campaign before it goes live, catching errors before players see them and protecting the brand from preventable mistakes.
Coordination with product, design, and tech teams is built into the role. The Digital Content Campaign Manager will surface front-end improvements based on campaign needs and usability findings, contributing back into the product roadmap with practical insights rather than waiting for issues to be raised elsewhere.
Beyond the website, the role oversees content updates in external channels such as Telegram and mobile push platforms, ensuring messaging across the full player journey stays accurate, on-brand, and timely.
