About the Role

We are recruiting a CRM Executive to join a growing iGaming operator based in Malta. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within the CRM Operations team, with a specific focus on managing and optimising the messaging channels that drive player engagement throughout the lifecycle. The successful candidate will take ownership of Telegram channel management, push notification delivery, bot configuration, automation flows, and the technical integrations that support them.

This CRM Executive position exists because the business is scaling its player communication infrastructure and needs a dedicated specialist to own the messaging channel function end to end. The operator has a strong player base, an ambitious CRM roadmap, and a clear need for someone who can translate strategy into working channel setups, run day-to-day campaign execution, and continuously improve performance through testing and reporting.

The role sits within the CRM Operations team in Malta and works closely with CRM strategy, product, and development teams. It is well suited to someone who is equally comfortable with technical configuration as they are with running daily communications across Telegram, push, and lifecycle messaging. Key Responsibilities

Telegram Operations and Channel Management. The CRM Executive will configure and manage Telegram channels, bots, and broadcast flows across player segments. This includes maintaining channel structure, permissions, content delivery schedules, and day-to-day operational stability. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics including engagement rates, click-through rates, and channel growth is a core part of the role.

Technical Execution. Implement messaging flows using CRM tools and automation platforms. Support bot setup, integrations, tracking links, and trigger-based communications. Collaborate with development teams on APIs, consent flows, token handling, and technical troubleshooting. The CRM Executive will be the operational bridge between CRM strategy and technical delivery.

Campaign and LiveOps Execution. Execute daily and lifecycle communications in line with CRM planning and promotional calendars. Support LiveOps activities, promotional pushes, and community engagement initiatives across Telegram and push notification channels. Ensure correct segmentation, targeting, and communication frequency caps are applied to all outbound messaging.

Optimisation and Reporting. Track channel performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery rates, engagement, and conversion. Assist with A/B tests across messaging formats, timing, and delivery logic. Maintain clear documentation of flows, triggers, configurations, and operational processes. Provide regular reporting to the CRM Operations Manager on channel health and campaign performance.

Process and Compliance. Ensure all messaging activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal responsible gaming policies. Maintain accurate records of consent, opt-in and opt-out flows, and data handling processes. Support the CRM team in audit readiness and documentation standards.
