About the Role
As CRM Communications Coordinator, you’ll be the hands-on operator managing our clients Telegram channels and bots on a day-to-day basis. You’ll configure automated flows, publish content, execute CRM campaigns, and ensure flawless delivery of player communications across their Telegram ecosystem. This is a technical, detail-oriented role where precision and process matter.
What You’ll Do
Daily Telegram Operations
- Operate and manage Telegram channels and bots across multiple player segments
- Configure and maintain Telegram bots, automated flows, and scheduled messages
- Execute CRM campaigns on Telegram according to campaign plans and schedules
- Upload, publish, and monitor content ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Technical Configuration & Maintenance
- Set up and optimise bot flows and automated messaging sequences
- Configure technical parameters and integration settings
- Maintain structured documentation of all bot flows and configurations
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to bots or message delivery
Campaign Execution & Monitoring
- Follow campaign briefs and execute them with precision
- Monitor bot performance, delivery rates, and key metrics (sends, clicks, errors)
- Track basic KPIs and flag issues to CRM planning and marketing teams
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to specifications
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with CRM planning and marketing teams on campaign execution
- Communicate operational status and technical issues clearly to internal stakeholders
- Support cross-functional teams with Telegram-related requests and queries
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience operating Telegram channels and/or bots in a commercial environment
- Strong technical orientation – comfortable working with bot platforms, CRM tools, or marketing automation systems
- High attention to detail – ability to execute campaigns accurately without errors
- Process-driven mindset – able to follow campaign briefs and execute them precisely
- Basic CRM understanding – familiarity with lifecycle marketing or player communication flows
- Excellent organisational skills – manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

- Clear communicator – work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in CRM operations or marketing automation (advantageous)
