Key Responsibilities

- Proven track record running influencer or streamer campaigns at scale
- Strong working knowledge of affiliate models including CPA, CPL, Rev-Share, and Hybrid structures
- Confident with affiliate performance metrics and the data behind them
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking and analytics tools such as Binom, Voluum, Income Access, NetRefer, Semrush, or DeepCI
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partner relationships simultaneously
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, self-directed, and focused on outcomes
