As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a strategic and operational role in shaping our clients people strategy, supporting rapid growth, and fostering a strong company culture across their iGaming operations.

Your Role:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR practices align with business goals in a fast-paced, regulated iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and compliant people processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to support performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with local labor laws and iGaming regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and incentive structures aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality support across the organization.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support relocation, onboarding, and integration of international employees.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the iGaming, tech, or fast-paced digital sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Turkish (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
  • Ability to relocate to Europe and adapt to a dynamic, global work environment.
