We are seeking a highly experienced Casino Manager (Turkish Speaking) to join our clients; a leading global iGaming company and become a key player in shaping the future of their online casino operations. As a Casino Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of casino management, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning, ensuring a premium experience for our players. This is a high-impact role where you will contribute directly to the growth and success of our online casino offering.

Your Role:

As a Casino Manager, you will lead a team and manage all facets of the casino department, ensuring smooth operations and a top-notch gaming experience. From optimizing game offerings and managing game suppliers to analyzing player behavior and enhancing customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing the casino’s performance within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online casino, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase player engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Analyze player data and trends to optimize game offerings, promotions, and casino features.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, tournaments, and bonuses.
  • Monitor casino performance, including key metrics such as revenue, player activity, and game performance.
  • Collaborate with game suppliers and internal product teams to ensure high-quality content and new game integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant gambling laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Address and resolve player issues and complaints related to casino operations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the casino team to ensure top-level service and performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management, driving continuous improvements and growth.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in online casino management or operations within the iGaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of online casino games, players, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving business results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with casino game suppliers, software platforms, and backend tools.
  • Fluent in Turkish (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
  • Ability to relocate to Europe and adapt to a dynamic, global work environment.
