Your Role:
As a Casino Manager, you will lead a team and manage all facets of the casino department, ensuring smooth operations and a top-notch gaming experience. From optimizing game offerings and managing game suppliers to analyzing player behavior and enhancing customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing the casino’s performance within the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online casino, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase player engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Analyze player data and trends to optimize game offerings, promotions, and casino features.
- Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns, tournaments, and bonuses.
- Monitor casino performance, including key metrics such as revenue, player activity, and game performance.
- Collaborate with game suppliers and internal product teams to ensure high-quality content and new game integrations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant gambling laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Address and resolve player issues and complaints related to casino operations in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the casino team to ensure top-level service and performance.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management, driving continuous improvements and growth.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in online casino management or operations within the iGaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of online casino games, players, and industry trends.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving business results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working with casino game suppliers, software platforms, and backend tools.
- Fluent in Turkish (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
- Ability to relocate to Europe and adapt to a dynamic, global work environment.
