We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager (Turkish Speaking) to join our clients; a leading global iGaming company and become a key driver in expanding their affiliate partnerships and maximising revenue growth.

As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll build and nurture strategic relationships with affiliate partners, optimize performance across multiple models, and play a vital role in driving player acquisition and engagement. This is a high-impact role where you will contribute directly to the growth and success of our affiliate program.

Your Role:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners, ensuring optimal performance and mutually beneficial partnerships. From recruiting new affiliates and negotiating commission structures to analysing campaign data and implementing performance strategies, you will play a crucial role in maximizing ROI and establishing our affiliate channel as a key revenue driver within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing affiliate partners, ensuring strong engagement and performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Negotiate and implement various commission models including CPA, Rev Share, Hybrid, and other performance-based structures.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics including conversion rates, player lifetime value, CPA, and ROI.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize affiliate campaigns and maximize revenue generation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with promotional materials, campaigns, and competitive offers.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for affiliates and senior management.
• Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to increase affiliate productivity and player acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate agreements, gambling regulations, and internal policies.
• Address affiliate inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support to maintain strong partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing techniques.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
• Native Turkish speaker (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, Rev Share, Hybrid, and CPL structures.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and calculate ROI to drive informed decision-making.
• Experience in preparing and presenting performance reports and insights.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Batumi, Georgia and adapt to an international work setting.
