 Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and traffic networks, negotiating terms that align with our iGaming affiliate program requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with affiliate partners to address inquiries, resolve account-related issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor affiliate traffic sources and partner activity to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, spam, or misuse of confidential information.
  • Analyze performance reports to determine which campaigns deliver strong results and which require optimization or discontinuation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting promotional materials tailored for specific GEOs (landing pages, teasers, banners, etc.).
  • Develop and launch new campaign concepts, promotional strategies, and bonus offers for affiliates.
  • Represent the company at international industry events, including exhibitions, meetups, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects and functionality of affiliate platforms.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data effectively.
  • Creative, “out-of-the-box” mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of key iGaming product fundamentals and industry KPIs.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and user acquisition best practices (advantage).
  • Fluent English communication skills — both written and verbal (mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of deal types commonly used in affiliate marketing (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industry terminology and acronyms.
