The company develops and maintains a modern Player Account Management platform, built to evolve with the needs of the iGaming market. Their product suite includes a Data Lake, CMS, Regulation & Compliance tooling, and an open API Integration Hub, giving operators full flexibility to build and scale their businesses.

The Role

As Product Manager (Integrations), you will own and drive the successful integration of casino, sportsbook, and third-party iGaming vendor products into a market-leading PAM platform and broader ecosystem.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding the product offering by ensuring third-party content and services are seamlessly integrated, scalable, compliant, and commercially optimised.

You will lead integration initiatives spanning new operator launches, vendor onboarding, regulatory adaptations, and ongoing product and API enhancements. Acting as the bridge between commercial, engineering, operations, and external partners, you will ensure integrations are delivered efficiently, meet technical and regulatory standards, and unlock measurable value for operators across key regulated markets.

This role demands a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of iGaming platform integrations and API ecosystems, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You must be comfortable navigating complex technical requirements while balancing speed-to-market, quality, and long-term scalability across a high-volume, multi-jurisdiction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Integration & Roadmapping

Define, maintain, and evolve the platform integration roadmap across all gaming verticals — including casino, sportsbook, poker, bingo, and free-to-play — aligned with the company’s overall product and commercial strategy.

Prioritise integration initiatives based on value, market opportunity, technical dependencies, and partner demand.

 

Technical Leadership & API Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, from scoping functional requirements through to validating APIs and data contracts with internal and external teams.

Collaborate with engineering to define API specifications, data formats, error handling, versioning strategies, and documentation required for smooth partner integrations.

Champion best practices for platform architecture, developer experience, and integration lifecycle management across a modern, open API-based iGaming environment.

 

Gameplay Lifecycle & Product Knowledge

Maintain deep product knowledge of gameplay mechanics, risk models, bonus engines, promotional logic, and lifecycle behaviours across all integrated iGaming products.

Apply this understanding to anticipate integration impacts on player journeys, wallet flows, bonus treatment, session continuity, and reporting outputs.

Partner with product and UX teams to improve integration touchpoints that affect player experience and operational workflows.

 

Cross-Functional Delivery & Third-Party Management

Act as the central coordinator across product, engineering, project delivery, legal, compliance, and vendor teams to manage multiple simultaneous integration projects in a fast-paced iGaming platform environment.

Build and maintain clear product plans, timelines, resourcing forecasts, and status dashboards for stakeholders at all levels.

Proactively surface risks, blockers, and decision points to senior leadership and develop effective mitigation strategies.

 

Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for external technology partners and iGaming suppliers throughout integration cycles.

Facilitate requirement workshops, technical onboarding sessions, and regular review meetings with third-party vendors to align on delivery expectations.

Partner with account management and business development teams to ensure integrations meet contractual SLAs and support wider monetisation goals.

 

Compliance, Regulatory & Operational Readiness

Ensure all integrations conform to relevant regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements across target markets, including responsible gaming obligations, data protection standards, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Work with the legal and compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into clear product and technical criteria.

Coordinate go-live readiness, including acceptance testing, operational handover, monitoring setups, training, and post-launch support processes.

 

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Establish and track KPIs to measure integration quality and performance, including uptime, error rates, latency, partner support tickets, and revenue contribution.

Analyse partner feedback and platform analytics to identify friction points and enhancement opportunities. Drive iterative improvements and structured release cycles to increase stability, performance, and feature breadth across the integration estate over time.

 

Team Leadership & Growth

Lead, mentor, and develop product owners as the integration team scales. Advocate for structured product processes, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing to elevate integration excellence across the organisation.

Proactively explore and promote automation, self-serve configuration, and AI and agentic capabilities to scale the SDLC and streamline integration delivery.

 

Essential Experience & Skills for Product Manager (Integrations) – iGaming

 

iGaming Product Management Experience (Minimum 3 Years)

You must have at least three years of hands-on product management experience specifically within the online gaming, casino, or sports betting industry. This includes digital gambling platforms, online casino operations, or iGaming technology providers.

 

Technical Platform Integration Expertise

Required experience with iGaming platform integrations including casino game aggregation APIs, payment gateway integrations, and vendor management systems.

Must have practical knowledge of managing relationships with multiple casino game providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playtech) and understand third-party gaming platform architectures.

 

Development Team Leadership

Proven track record leading cross-functional development teams in an agile environment. Experience managing technical teams, coordinating sprints, and delivering complex software projects from conception through launch.

 

Multi-Project Management in Fast-Paced Environments

Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-priority projects and deliverables in dynamic, rapidly-changing business conditions. Strong organisational skills with experience in agile methodologies, project prioritization, and deadline management.

 

Stakeholder Management Across Business & Technical Teams

Expert-level stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across business units, technical development teams, third-party vendors, and external partners.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Data-Driven Problem Solving & Decision Making

Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to product optimisation and continuous improvement. Experience using analytics tools, A/B testing methodologies, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.

 

Detail-Oriented Problem Resolution

Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to seeing complex problems through to complete resolution. Systematic approach to troubleshooting, issue tracking, and quality assurance processes.

Experience preparing product roadmaps, business cases, and strategic presentations.

AI & Machine Learning Technology Knowledge (Highly Desirable)

Experience or strong interest in AI-driven technologies, machine learning applications in gaming, predictive analytics, personalization engines, or automated decision systems within iGaming platforms is a significant advantage.
