Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to make your mark in Malta’s fast-paced iGaming industry? We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join our clients growing team and play a pivotal role in driving projects across our gaming operations.

This is a newly created position offering the unique opportunity to shape processes, build systems, and work alongside experienced project leaders in one of Europe’s most exciting iGaming markets.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the organisational backbone supporting our clients Project Manager across multiple high-impact projects. You’ll coordinate workflows, maintain crystal-clear documentation, and ensure every stakeholder stays informed and aligned. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance between collaborative office days and flexible remote working in beautiful Malta.

What You’ll Do

Project Organisation & Planning

  • Maintain and optimise project plans, timelines, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects
  • Create comprehensive Gantt charts, interactive dashboards, and professional project documentation
  • Design systems that keep projects running smoothly and stakeholders informed

Tracking & Delivery

  • Monitor action items, milestones, dependencies, and potential risks with precision
  • Ensure all requirements are delivered on time and exceed business expectations
  • Proactively identify blockers and coordinate solutions

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular, clear, and informative updates to all project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project information that’s accessible and well-documented
  • Collaborate effectively with external providers and internal teams
  • Bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (very desirable)
  • 2+ years’ experience in iGaming or similar fast-paced industry (very desirable)
  • Prince2 certification or equivalent project management qualification (advantageous)
  • Hands-on experience with Back Offices, CMS platforms, Jira, and Microsoft Project (beneficial)
  • Understanding of development processes and sprint planning methodologies (valuable asset)
