About the Role
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the operator’s highest-value players. You will build genuine, long-term relationships with a premium portfolio of VIP clients across casino, live casino, and sportsbook verticals. This is not a reactive support role. You will be proactive, commercially driven, and deeply invested in the experience of every player on your book.
The VIP Account Manager position sits at the intersection of relationship management and data analysis. You will use player behaviour data to identify upgrade opportunities, spot at-risk accounts, and design personalised experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. You will also play a key role in organising exclusive promotions, VIP events, and tailored campaigns, both online and offline, that reinforce the brand’s premium positioning.
Responsible gaming is not an afterthought here. As a VIP Account Manager you will be expected to hold strong awareness of AML frameworks, regulatory requirements, and safer gambling principles, applying them consistently across all player interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- As a VIP Account Manager in this role, you will be expected to:
- Build and maintain strong, personalised relationships with high-value players to maximise engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Manage a portfolio of VIP accounts proactively, delivering tailored offers, bespoke experiences, and first-class support.
- Analyse player data and behavioural patterns to identify potential VIPs, churn risks, and opportunities to increase player lifetime value.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, marketing, product, payments, and customer support to deliver seamless end-to-end player journeys.
- Plan and execute exclusive VIP promotions, events, and campaigns aligned to individual player preferences.
- Monitor account activity in real time to intervene early when play behaviour changes or churn risk increases.
- Support VIP payment processes, ensuring smooth transactions and fast resolution of any issues.
- Stay ahead of competitor VIP offerings and broader market trends to continuously refine the VIP strategy.
- Maintain full compliance with responsible gaming, AML, and applicable regulatory frameworks at all times.
- Produce detailed performance reports, KPI summaries, and revenue contribution insights for senior management.
What We Are Looking For

- A minimum of two years of experience in VIP management, account management, or high-value relationship management within iGaming, online entertainment, or luxury services.
- Strong product knowledge across online casino and sportsbook, with a clear understanding of player behaviour and engagement drivers.
- A proven track record of managing high-value clients, delivering revenue growth, and sustaining long-term loyalty.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a consistently customer-first approach.
