Location: Remote (preference for Malta or Gibraltar)
Salary: Circa €70,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Malta or Gibraltar
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client, an established platform provider in the online gaming industry, is hiring a Product Manager, Client Success to join their growing Product team. This is a remote Product Manager role with a preference for candidates based in Malta or Gibraltar, two of the most active iGaming hubs in the regulated European market. The role sits where product strategy meets the operators who rely on the platform every day, so you will spend as much time understanding client needs as you do shaping the roadmap.

As Product Manager, Client Success, you will own the full product lifecycle across one or more product domains, from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations to define product strategy, prioritise initiatives, and deliver high-quality products across multiple gaming verticals. Your work will directly shape the experience of operators and their players across casino, sportsbook, and player account management.

Success in this role looks like a clear, well-prioritised roadmap, features that operators actually adopt, and measurable improvement in the metrics that matter to the business. If you know the online gaming ecosystem well, enjoy solving complex product challenges, and like being close to the clients who use what you build, this Product Manager position offers real influence over both product direction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product ownership and roadmap. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more product domains, defining goals that align with company objectives and key business metrics. You will prioritise the product backlog based on business value, client impact, technical effort, and strategic priority, making informed trade-offs when balancing scope, quality, timelines, and commercial needs.

Discovery and requirements. You will gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements from operators, internal stakeholders, and market research, running product discovery to validate opportunities and identify genuine customer needs. You will translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications the delivery team can act on.

Delivery with Engineering and Design. Working closely with Engineering and Design throughout the development lifecycle, you will lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and acceptance of completed work, keeping delivery on track and clearing blockers for the team.

Client success and adoption. Partnering with Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations, you will build a deep understanding of what operators need from the platform and act as the voice of the client and the player. You will coordinate product launches with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout and strong adoption across the client base.

Data and performance. You will define and monitor KPIs to measure product performance, using analytics, customer feedback, and market insight to continuously improve. You will collaborate with Data teams to validate assumptions and support data-driven decisions.

Compliance and regulated markets. You will work with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements across the different jurisdictions our client operates in, factoring compliance into the roadmap from the start rather than as an afterthought.

Stakeholder communication and market awareness. You will present product strategy, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, monitor competitor activity and industry trends, and identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early so they can be resolved before they affect delivery.
