About the Role
Our client is hiring a Senior Casino Commercial Manager in Gibraltar to take ownership of the commercial performance of their global online casino offering. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence over commercial strategy, portfolio decisions, market expansion, and player value across one of the most competitive verticals in iGaming.
The Senior Casino Commercial Manager will own the casino P&L, partner closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Data, Finance, and Legal teams, and act as a key driver of revenue growth, player retention, and international scale. The role sits within an established Casino function and partners directly with the Head of Casino, the Live Casino Manager, the Canada Manager, and the Casino Executive.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Casino Commercial Manager will be responsible for monitoring casino commercial performance and KPIs across all live markets, with a focus on GGR, NGR, margin, player retention, and lifetime value. They will own commercial reporting, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and translating them into actions that move the numbers.
Provider and aggregator relationships sit firmly with this role. The successful candidate will lead commercial negotiations across content providers, platform partners, and aggregator agreements, securing exclusives where it makes sense and ensuring commercial terms remain competitive across multiple markets. Strengthening provider partnerships and unlocking exclusive content opportunities is a core part of how success will be measured.
Game portfolio performance is another central focus. The Senior Casino Commercial Manager will review game performance regularly, identify optimisation opportunities, and work with internal teams and providers to ensure the portfolio remains differentiated and relevant in each regulated market.
Market expansion is built into the role. The successful candidate will work with Product, Compliance, and Legal to support market entry, negotiating commercial agreements that underpin successful launches and ongoing operations in new jurisdictions.
The role partners closely with CRM on retention campaigns, bonus strategy, and segmentation, and with Marketing on acquisition quality and campaign alignment. Working with Data and BI teams, the Senior Casino Commercial Manager will dig into player behaviour insights and shape forecasting, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in evidence rather than instinct.
Cross-functional influence is a defining feature of this role. The Senior Casino Commercial Manager will be a key stakeholder on the casino roadmap, shaping product priorities, contributing to vertical strategy, and ensuring that commercial outcomes are protected as the platform scales.
