Key Responsibilities
Office and Administration
The People & Office Coordinator in Gibraltar will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring the working environment is tidy, well-equipped, and fully functional. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination across cleaning, maintenance, and other on-site services, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general office logistics. You will assist in organising meetings, bookings, and internal events, maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems, support expense tracking and administrative reporting, and keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
Executive and PA Support
You will provide administrative support to senior management, manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
