As part of a period of strategic expansion and brand consolidation, the company is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to join its affiliate sales team in Limassol. The Senior Affiliate Manager will be responsible for identifying new advertiser partners, managing and growing existing relationships, and delivering consistently on commercial targets. Sitting within a close-knit affiliate sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will bring commercial precision, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine hunger to perform. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Affiliate Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of advertiser relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for both new and existing partners. A core part of the role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding new direct advertisers and traffic partners, building the group’s network across key markets in the online entertainment and performance marketing space.

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Affiliate Manager will analyse campaign performance data and use those insights to drive optimisation and revenue growth. They will collaborate with the Sales Director and the broader affiliate team to hit quarterly targets, maintain an active and accurate pipeline, and report through internal tools.   • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or equivalent commercial role

  • Comfortable with campaign data and confident translating analytics into commercial decisions
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Professional working English
