Key Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of client onboarding and platform migration projects from initiation through to go-live and post-launch support.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each engagement, providing regular progress updates, managing expectations, and building the long-term relationships that underpin successful B2B iGaming delivery.

Translating client requirements into detailed, actionable delivery plans is central to the role. Working closely with product and technology teams, you will validate business requirements, manage the technical aspects of platform configuration and data migration, and ensure every workstream remains on track. Business change management sits alongside the technical delivery: leading training, handover, and documentation activities ensures clients are fully prepared at the point of go-live.

The Senior Project Manager maintains constant communication across internal and external stakeholder groups, providing governance and visibility at every stage. This includes setting and tracking clear delivery milestones, managing risks and dependencies through structured RAID logs, and producing regular status reports for senior stakeholders on both sides of each engagement.

Supporting the pre-sales process is also part of the remit, with contributions to scoping discussions and delivery planning during the concept and proposal stages. • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally gained within iGaming or B2B SaaS environments
• Proven ability to manage client-facing relationships and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks, including RAID log management and structured status reporting
• Demonstrable experience working with product and engineering teams on complex platform migrations or technology onboarding programmes
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets, control scope, and allocate resources effectively
• Familiarity with how business functions such as marketing, legal, and compliance feed into client delivery programmes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
