About the Role

We are partnering with a leading B2B iGaming platform-as-a-service provider to recruit an experienced Programme Manager for a fully remote, high-impact position based anywhere in the EU, with a preference for Gibraltar.

This is a senior delivery leadership role at the heart of one of the most technically complex and commercially critical functions in the business, covering client onboardings, platform migrations, and operational rollout across multiple regulated online casino and sports betting markets.

As Programme Manager, you will take full ownership of large-scale delivery programmes from initiation through to handover to BAU. This is not a back-office delivery function. The Programme Manager will operate at executive level, running steering committees both internally and jointly with clients, managing cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring that complex multi-team programmes are delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest standards of governance.

You will be the person that holds everything together across technical delivery and operational readiness simultaneously.

The business operates at pace. Priorities evolve, clients have high expectations, and the PMO team is lean relative to the complexity of what they deliver. Key Responsibilities

As Programme Manager, your core remit spans the full delivery lifecycle from initiation through to benefits realisation and BAU transition. You will define programme scope, success metrics, and governance frameworks aligned with the company’s broader strategic direction, and take full accountability for delivering against them.

You will lead and coordinate multiple project managers and delivery leads, managing cross-programme dependencies, resource allocation, and risk in a way that keeps delivery moving without sacrificing quality or governance.

A significant part of the Programme Manager role involves overseeing client onboarding programmes and platform migrations, covering all technical delivery as well as the operational readiness work needed to bring clients successfully from project into business as usual.

Stakeholder management is central to this position. You will run internal steering committees and joint client steer-cos, act as the senior escalation point for both internal and external parties, and partner closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure coordinated execution across every workstream.

The Programme Manager will also contribute to pre-sales and strategic growth initiatives, including solution design and delivery modelling, manage programme budgets and financial performance, and embed continuous improvement practices and scalable delivery standards across the organisation. Establishing and maintaining strong governance structures, including RAID management and executive reporting, will be a day-to-day responsibility.

 

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Programme Manager who combines genuine technical understanding with the commercial and interpersonal skills to operate effectively at the most senior levels of a fast-moving iGaming business.

Essential

  • At least 6 years of experience in Programme Management or Senior Project Management within iGaming, fintech, or technology consultancy
  • Proven track record managing large-scale B2B technology delivery programmes with multiple parallel workstreams
  • Experience overseeing client onboarding programmes and platform migrations within a regulated iGaming or technology environment
  • Strong programme governance skills including RAID management, steering committee leadership, and executive reporting
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and business case oversight
  • Confident operating at executive and C-suite level as both a communicator and decision maker
  • Solid understanding of platform technologies and iGaming operations including regulated market requirements
  • Experience leading, coordinating, and developing cross-functional project management teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills with a clear and methodical approach to delivery

Advantageous

  • Experience with technical platform migrations and complex system integrations
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements across regulated iGaming jurisdictions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and executive reporting tools
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, RFP processes, or strategic growth initiatives
  • B2B platform or PaaS delivery background within the iGaming or fintech sector
