Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 per annum
Location: Remote (EU/UK only)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Our client is a leading B2B iGaming platform provider, operating at scale across multiple regulated markets. They are now looking for a Product Manager Marketing & CRM to join their Product team and take ownership of one of the most commercially critical domains within the business.
This is a high-impact, senior product role for a professional with deep experience in player engagement platforms, promotions infrastructure, and CRM ecosystem management. The Product Manager Marketing & CRM will define and drive the roadmap for marketing platform capabilities, including the promotions engine, loyalty and tier systems, messaging infrastructure, and integrations with third-party CRM and engagement tools such as Optimove, FastTrack, and Smartico.
Working closely with dedicated Product Owners, engineering teams, and external partners, you will bridge commercial ambitions and technical delivery, ensuring operators can execute sophisticated marketing campaigns through flexible and scalable platform tooling. If you are an experienced iGaming product professional ready to take ownership of a high-visibility domain, this is one of the most strategically significant Product Manager Marketing & CRM opportunities currently available.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Platform Ownership and Roadmapping
As the Product Manager Marketing & CRM, you will define and maintain the product roadmap for all player engagement systems, including promotions, loyalty, tier mechanics, CRM integrations, and messaging infrastructure. You will prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact, operator demand, and technical feasibility, continuously evolving platform capabilities to support advanced campaign execution, gamification, and long-term retention strategies.
Promotions Engine and Campaign Capabilities
You will own the end-to-end evolution of the promotions engine, covering all supported campaign types including cashback, leaderboards, tournaments, and instant rewards. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining how promotions are configured, triggered, and executed within the platform.
- Enabling targeting through externally defined player segments from CRM and data teams.
- Ensuring promotions integrate correctly with wallets, gameplay events, and the player lifecycle.
- Translating marketing campaign ideas into scalable, reusable platform configurations.
Loyalty, Tiering and Engagement Mechanics
You will define and optimise the loyalty framework, including point accrual logic, tier progression, and reward structures. You will ensure the system supports flexible VIP and tier-based programmes across multiple brands and regulated markets, fully aligned to the overall player engagement and retention strategy.
CRM and Messaging Integrations
Our client works with leading third-party CRM and engagement platforms. You will own these integrations end to end, defining how player events such as deposits, gameplay activity, and inactivity are exposed to external systems. Core responsibilities include:
- Defining how CRM platforms consume player data, triggers, and audience segments to execute campaigns.
- Overseeing messaging capabilities across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
- Ensuring reliable, scalable, and trigger-based campaign execution across all communication channels.
Affiliate and Tracking Integrations
You will manage integrations with affiliate platforms and tracking providers, ensuring accurate attribution of player acquisition sources. This enables marketing teams to track, analyse, and optimise acquisition performance through clean, reliable data flows.
Campaign Execution and Player Engagement Enablement
You will enable marketing and CRM teams to execute multi-step player engagement campaigns, including onboarding flows, reactivation programmes, and retention journeys. You will define campaign trigger logic, reward delivery mechanisms, and ensure consistency between promotions, messaging, and CRM player journeys for a seamless player experience.
Cross-Functional Delivery
Working with Product Owners, engineering, design, and commercial teams, you will translate business requirements into clear product specifications and configuration logic. You will manage dependencies across CRM systems, wallet, gameplay, and messaging infrastructure to ensure coherent end-to-end delivery.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
You will define and monitor KPIs for the marketing platform, including campaign conversion rates, engagement uplift, and retention metrics. You will identify optimisation opportunities across promotions, loyalty programmes, and messaging campaigns, driving a culture of continuous improvement across the domain.
Team Leadership and Product Excellence
You will provide direction and support to dedicated Product Owners within the marketing domain, establishing clear product processes, documentation standards, and best practices. You will champion scalable, configurable solutions over manual or one-off implementations, and drive innovation in campaign automation, real-time engagement, and gamification.
