Frequently Asked Questions
Is fluent Russian genuinely required, or just preferred?
For this specific position it is a firm requirement. The role is built around Russian-speaking advertiser relationships and the ability to communicate, negotiate, and build trust in Russian is essential to performing in the role.
Can I apply if I have not worked in online entertainment before?
Yes. The client is open to candidates from adjacent verticals, including lead generation, e-commerce, media buying, and subscription services, provided you are genuinely motivated to build your career in the online entertainment space long-term.
Why does the client place such emphasis on a stable career history?
Affiliate sales is built on relationships and trust. Advertiser partnerships take time to develop and have real commercial value. The client is looking for professionals who will invest in those relationships over time, not those who move on before they reach their potential.

No. The role starts on-site in Limassol. After a successful probation period, a hybrid arrangement becomes available.
Will the client consider candidates at a senior or management level?
Yes. Candidates who have held team lead, head-of, or sales management positions are welcome to apply, particularly if they are attracted to the growth environment and the scope of the opportunity.
What is the salary range?
The client benchmarks salary to current market rates at the point of offer. There is also a quarterly bonus structure tied to commercial performance.
