About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Senior Affiliate Manager on behalf of a high-growth performance marketing group headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. Founded by entrepreneurs with over 15 years of digital industry experience, the business has scaled from a small founding team to nearly 50 people across offices in Cyprus, Spain, and the Netherlands in just four years.

Revenues have tripled year-on-year, the group sits in the global top 10 within its vertical, and the target is a top-3 global position within the next two to three years.

Following a period of strategic restructuring and brand consolidation, the business is expanding its affiliate sales team and is looking to hire two Senior Affiliate Managers.

This is a strong opportunity to join a commercially driven scale-up at a genuinely exciting moment, with clear room to grow into senior leadership.

The Role

As Senior Affiliate Manager, you will work directly with advertisers to source and acquire high-quality traffic for the company’s flagship online entertainment platform. You will be responsible for prospecting new advertiser relationships, managing existing partnerships, and consistently delivering on acquisition targets.

This role is for someone who is hungry, energetic, and genuinely commercially minded. The ideal Senior Affiliate Manager has a solid track record in performance or affiliate marketing and is looking to plant roots and build a long-term career rather than pass through.

Candidates from adjacent verticals are welcome provided they are excited to move into the online entertainment space and stay there.

The Senior Affiliate Manager will report into the Sales Director and work as part of a close-knit, results-driven affiliate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new direct advertisers to grow quality traffic supply
  • Manage and develop existing advertiser relationships, maximising performance and revenue
  • Analyse campaign data and use insights to continuously optimise partnerships
  • Work with the Sales Director and affiliate team to hit quarterly commercial targets
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and report activity through internal tools
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor movements, and new traffic opportunities
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events where required

What We Are Looking For

Essential: 

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or equivalent commercial role
  • A stable work history, candidates who change roles every 12 to 18 months are unlikely to be considered
  • Energetic, driven, and self-starting this is not a role for passive or reactive professionals
  • Comfortable working with campaign data and translating numbers into decisions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Based in Limassol

Desirable:

  • Background in online entertainment, lead generation, media buying, or a performance-related vertical
  • Experience in a senior, team lead, or head-of capacity, or a strong individual ready to step up into one
  • An existing network of direct advertisers or traffic sources
