Are you a messaging and CRM operations specialist with hands-on experience across Telegram, push, and lifecycle communications? We’re working with a growing iGaming operator based in Malta to find a Communication Channels Expert who can take full ownership of their messaging infrastructure — from bot configuration and automation flows through to campaign execution and ongoing performance optimisation.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is as comfortable digging into technical setups as they are running day-to-day comms operations across the player lifecycle.

Our client is an established iGaming operator with a strong player base and an ambitious CRM roadmap, headquartered in Malta — one of Europe’s leading regulated iGaming hubs. Their CRM Operations team sits at the centre of acquisition, engagement, and retention activity, and they’re now looking for a messaging specialist to take ownership of their communication channel infrastructure and drive measurable improvements in reach, engagement, and delivery efficiency.

 

Your Role

As Communication Channels Expert, you will manage and optimise the messaging channels that keep players engaged throughout the lifecycle. Sitting within the CRM Operations team, your focus will span Telegram channel management, push notification delivery, bot configuration, automation flows, and the technical integrations that underpin them all.

You’ll work closely with CRM, Product, and Development teams — translating operational requirements into working channel setups, and continuously improving performance through testing, reporting, and process refinement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Telegram Operations & Channel Management

  • Configure and manage Telegram channels, bots, and broadcast flows across player segments
  • Maintain channel structure, permissions, content delivery, and day-to-day operational stability
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including engagement rates, click-throughs, and channel growth

Technical Execution

  • Implement messaging flows using CRM tools and automation platforms
  • Support bot setup, integrations, tracking links, and trigger-based communications
  • Collaborate with development teams on APIs, consent flows, token handling, and technical troubleshooting

Campaign & LiveOps Execution

  • Execute daily and lifecycle communications in line with CRM planning and promotional calendars
  • Support LiveOps activities, promotional pushes, and community engagement initiatives
  • Ensure correct segmentation, targeting, and communication frequency caps are applied

Optimisation & Reporting

  • Track channel performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery, engagement, and conversion
  • Assist with A/B tests across messaging formats, timing, and delivery logic
  • Maintain clear documentation of flows, triggers, configurations, and operational processes

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2+ years in CRM operations, messaging platforms, or digital communications
  • Hands-on experience with Telegram, bots, and similar messaging ecosystems
  • Background in iGaming, tech, or high-volume digital environments is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of automation tools, segmentation logic, and trigger-based flows
  • Comfortable working with tracking links, UTM parameters, and third-party integrations
  • Basic understanding of APIs, tokens, or SDK flows is a plus
