Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of bets and the total amount wagered on the platform’s sports betting.
- Summarize and analyze sports betting data.
- Continuously optimize the functions and experience of sports betting.
- Competitor analysis.
- Distribute user rewards for sports activities.
- Plan events, capable of following through from design to implementation
- Plan and manage team resources for different tasks
- Drive a team to deliver service to business stakeholder within the defined service level agreement
- Define KPIs and development plans for each individual
- Lead and manage business recommendations and requirements to maintain / improve operation level and quality
- Lead in problem diagnostics, root cause analysis, and solution development in Gaming systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in the sports industry or related gambling experience, understanding mainstream sports betting methods
- Awareness of the gambling industry, sensitivity to core data, and understanding of performance growth paths and methods
- Responsible and able to complete tasks on time and as required
- Team-oriented with strong cross-department communication skills
- Passion for sports, understanding the rules and events of mainstream sports (basketball, football, volleyball, tennis, etc.), and knowledge of top league dynamics and hot topics
- Willingness to accept work time adjustments or overtime due to sports event schedules
- Fluent in English, Able to speak Mandarin Chinese
- Must be able to Multitask
