Sports Affiliate Manager (Italy)

• Generating new affiliates, reactivation of existing affiliates already in our system, and creating long-term client relationships across all 888, Mr Green and William Hill product verticals.
• Build competitive deals while defining revenue opportunities and managing negotiations regarding renewal of conditions to maximize Affiliate’s activities.
• Identifying new potential opportunities, traffic sources.
• Drafting promotions and trading offers with tipsters and sports media audiences.
• Monitor daily performance of your own Affiliates portfolio, such as the source of traffic, the quality of their traffic to increase ROI and reach KPIs, to ensure that development of traffic is maintained.
• Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliate portfolio is up to date; campaigns, bonus offers, links and reviews. Comprehensive review of sites on a regular basis to make sure all brands are being promoted in a localized, compliant, and responsible manner. 
• Attend overseas conferences.

• Native Italian proficiency would be preferred. Proficient in English verbal and written communication is a must. 
• Experience working with Italian Sportsbook and exposure to Italian iGaming regulations. 
• Strong sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• You have analytical skills- professional level in Excel.
• You have a data-driven approach to user acquisition.
• Excellent networking skills.

Additional skills:

• Experience in account management or Bizdev rolls.
• Experience in B2C media.
• Experience in the gaming field.
