Our core teams are located in Gibraltar and Cyprus. We have a small group of trusted contractors in Brazil, Germany and the UK plus our media and technology partners based in Brazil, Portugal, Ireland and Bulgaria. In September 2023 we launched in2bet.com in Brazil, licensed by Curacao eGaming.
This was the culmination of months of collaboration, and good old fashioned hard work, on the part of our people all around the world. But far from an ending, this was just the beginning.
We have ambitious plans to branch out in LATAM and elsewhere, not only in sports betting and casino, but other areas of the entertainment sector. Role:
The Promotions Manager owns the full end-to-end creation, management, and execution of all promotional activity across Sportsbook, Casino, and Exchange.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a forward-looking monthly promotional calendar, ensuring all promotions are commercially viable, operationally sound, and fully approved by the Commercial Director and Operational Director.
The Promotions Manager leads the complete briefing process, from campaign concept through creative development to operational setup, working cross-functionally with CRM and Social Media teams and managing third-party platform providers as necessary.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring player accounts to identify promotional patterns, areas of concern, or opportunities, and providing structured, actionable fortnightly promotional performance reports to the Commercial Director.
The Promotions Manager is accountable for ensuring all promotional activities are executed on time, to brief, and in full compliance with regulatory, commercial, and operational frameworks. The role also oversees the setup of marketing communications channels for promotions, working in close partnership with the CRM Manager, Social Media Manager, and ensuring all promotional creative and messaging receives sign-off from the Commercial Director and CEO.
This is a senior individual contributor role that demands a hands-on approach, commercial acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a forward-planned promotional calendar for Sportsbook, Casino, and Exchange, developed one month in advance.
- Lead the end-to-end management of all promotional activity, including briefing, creative development, operational setup, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and Operational Director to validate commercial viability and operational risk of all promotions.
- Manage technical setup requirements by working directly with third-party platform providers, casino aggregators, and sportsbook and exchange feed suppliers.
- Ensure flawless operational execution, including testing and verification of all promotions prior to launch.
- Monitor player activity daily to detect concerning trends, promotional exploitation, or unexpected patterns.
- Produce structured fortnightly promotional reports with performance insights, learnings, and commercial recommendations.
- Coordinate the set-up of marketing communications for promotions across CRM, social media, and other owned channels, ensuring alignment with internal brand and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all promotional activity is executed in full compliance with gambling regulations and internal risk management protocols.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with CRM and Social Media Managers to ensure promotional messaging is consistent and effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Promotions Manager or Campaign Manager role within the online gambling industry.
- Strong experience managing Sportsbook, Casino, and Exchange promotions across multiple product verticals.
- Proven success in end-to-end campaign management, including operational setup and third-party platform coordination.
- Solid understanding of player behaviour analysis, campaign ROI reporting, and promotional effectiveness tracking.
- Familiarity with gambling industry regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to promotions and bonus management.
- Experience operating in lean, high-performance organisations with a strong culture of individual ownership and delivery.
