Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Affiliates to lead, grow, and optimize our brands across multiple markets. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing affiliate operations within licensed casino environments (Anjouan & Curaçao) and established relationships with affiliates in our key target GEOs: Germany, Finland, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Norway, Poland, New Zealand, Hungary, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive player acquisition and retention.
- Expand and maintain a strong network of affiliates in key GEOs.
- Negotiate competitive commercial deals (CPA, Rev-Share, Hybrid) to maximize ROI.
- Affiliate Program Management
- Oversee day-to-day affiliate program operations across both casino brands.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues, pixels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top affiliates.
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to maximize performance.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Recruit, manage, and mentor affiliate managers as the program scales.
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align affiliate activities with brand objectives.
Key Requirements
- Proven Experience as Head of Affiliates within the online casino/iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of Anjouan and Curaçao licensing frameworks and affiliate compliance requirements.
- Established, active affiliate relationships across target GEOs: DE, FI, CA, AU, CH, AT, IT, IE, NO, PL, NZ, HU, SK, SI.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, PartnerMatrix, Cellxpert or similar.
- Commercial expertise in structuring and optimizing CPA, Rev-Share, Hybrid deals.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills with a track record of securing high-value partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages such as German, Italian, or Nordic languages are a strong plus).

- Experience with crypto-friendly affiliates.
- Familiarity with working with streamers, influencers, and media buyers.
- Knowledge of emerging GEOs beyond Europe.
- Proven ability to scale and manage a high-performing affiliate team.
