What you’ll do:
Define and execute Push Gaming’s commercial strategy in alignment with business goals.
Build on our existing brand and fully establish us as a tier 1 supplier.
Lead and mentor a team of (currently) 15 across marketing, account management, and business development, with 3 direct reports.
Represent the commercial function at leadership level and contribute to cross-functional decision-making.
Strengthen and grow relationships with key operator partners across global regulated markets.
Ensure the account management team is delivering exceptional client service, leading to increased game distribution, retention, and revenue.
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with product and game studios to align on client needs.
Guide the marketing strategy to enhance Push Gaming’s global brand presence.
Oversee campaigns, PR, events, and B2B communications that support both brand visibility and commercial goals.
Support BD efforts to identify and convert new opportunities in line with strategic market expansions.
Provide guidance on partnership structuring and onboarding processes.
Own revenue forecasting, commercial KPIs, and regular reporting to the executive team.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Legal teams on pricing, contract negotiation, and commercial governance.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the iGaming B2B space, ideally with a slots provider or platform supplier.
Strong track record in account management and growing key client relationships.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing multi-functional teams.
Solid understanding of regulated markets and the commercial levers across different jurisdictions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, internally and externally.
Comfortable working at pace in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience managing marketing and/or business development teams is a plus
