Job Description
Business Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across commercial, sales, marketing, and product teams to gather reporting requirements, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help the company interpret market trends and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
– Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that support business growth.
– Provide ad-hoc analysis across commercial, sales, marketing, and product areas, identifying key performance metrics.
– Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for data visualisation and real-time monitoring.
– Manage and oversee user access to sensitive data, ensuring compliance with governance policies.
– Advocate for business intelligence within the organisation, promoting data-driven decision-making.
– Present monthly KPI reports to senior management, offering insights into market and product trends.
– Collaborate with developers to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and Back Office improvements.
Requirements
– Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience querying ClickHouse and MySQL databases.
– At least three years’ experience with Tableau, using it as a primary BI reporting tool.
– Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence).
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
– A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
– Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong prioritisation skills.
– Fluency in written and spoken English.
