Your Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners, driving traffic to our gaming platforms, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow the affiliate marketing program.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to increase revenue and brand exposure.
- Negotiate commission structures and agreements to ensure profitability.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies for optimization.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates to enhance their marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Track and report on KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
