You’ll be responsible for
• Proactively identify and recruit new affiliates to grow the database significantly.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to ensure their loyalty.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential and current affiliates.
• Implement and manage a rating/ranking system to evaluate affiliates’ potential value to our company and our clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to tailor the content of communications sent to affiliates, ensuring it is relevant and effective.
• Oversee the distribution of free affiliate passes for company events, assessing eligibility with precision.
• Act as the main point of contact for affiliates at events, guiding them to networking opportunities, facilitating introductions to valuable clients, and ensuring their engagement at key moments, such as the Affiliate MeetUp.
• Lead the initiative to build a structured and efficient affiliate department focused on delivering exceptional service (TLC) to both existing and future affiliates.
• Leverage new collaborations to maximize the influx of new affiliates and optimize partnership potential.
Other Responsibilities
• Handle any other ad hoc or ancillary tasks related to the Client and the Services.
