On-site / Hybrid Gibraltar
What you will do:
• Receive, sort, and organise incoming vendor invoices (physical and electronic).
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of invoice information into the Oracle Fusion AP module.
• Utilise scanning and OCR functionalities within or integrated with Oracle Fusion to capture invoice data and review for accuracy.
• Perform initial 3-way matching of simple invoices against Purchase Orders and Receipts in Oracle Fusion, identifying basic discrepancies.
• Assist the wider AP team with the process of setting up payments for approved invoices in the Oracle Fusion Payment Processing module.
• Set up payments in the bank system or bank portal.
• Respond to basic internal and external inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
• Assist with maintaining orderly AP records and documentation.
• Provide support for month-end closing activities as directed.
• Collaborate with the wider AP team, and internal departments as needed.
Who you are:
• Experience with data entry, preferably in an accounts payable or finance environment.
• Familiarity with processing invoices and payment support within an ERP system; experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is highly preferred.
• Understanding of basic invoice and payment processing steps.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with bank payment setup processes is a plus.
Required Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or administrative role.
• Experience with data entry in an ERP system is a plus.
• Some exposure to payment processing in an ERP or bank system is beneficial.
