We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who has a deep understanding of the iGaming and gambling sectors. This role requires a savvy professional who not only excels in affiliate relationship management and deal structuring but also possesses technical expertise in ads, trackers, martech, adtech, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between affiliates and operators, ensuring that both parties achieve optimal performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Relationship Management:
○ Search, onboard, and manage a network of affiliates, ensuring their ongoing engagement and success.
○ Serve as the primary point of contact to address questions, negotiate deals, and clarify terms.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation:
○ Craft and negotiate competitive affiliate deals and commission structures.
○ Communicate deal terms, performance metrics, and requirements to affiliates. Also help the affiliates with the onboarding process.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
○ Oversee the deployment of ads and promotional campaigns, leveraging adtech tools and tracking systems to monitor performance.
○ Optimize marketing strategies by analyzing campaign data and making data-driven recommendations.
Technical Oversight:
○ Utilize and manage trackers, martech, and adtech platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate performance measurement.
○ Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
CRM & Data Analytics:
○ Employ CRM systems to manage affiliate data, segment audiences, and enhance engagement strategies.
○ Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve deal structures and marketing tactics.
Compliance & KYC Management:
○ Conduct and oversee the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for affiliates to ensure regulatory compliance.
○ Stay updated on industry regulations and implement best practices across the network.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in iGaming industry, preferably with affiliate networks
● Proven expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns, tracking systems, and leveraging martech/adtech platforms.
● Strong knowledge of CRM tools and data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the iGaming/gambling sector is highly desirable.
● A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
