We are looking for a Responsible Gaming Agent (Swedish speaking) to join our growing team.

Working within the Compliance Team ensuring Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from Customer Service to Marketing and Technical enhancements that support and promote RG. Outbound interactions to ensure players are playing within their means and liaise with the Customer Care Team to support with all escalations relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers in all our Licenced markets specifically SGA.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure Compliance with Responsible Gaming Legislative Requirements.
  • Outbound calling for Duty of Care for all Swedish players
  • Customer Account reviews using Internal reports
  • Handling RG queries from Support
  • Swedish focused RG reports
  • Checking customer interaction responses on RG interactions
  • Assistance with AML source of funds affordability Swedish related processes

 

Who are you?

  • Fluency in both written and oral, English and Swedish.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in iGaming.
  • Knowledge of Swedish gaming regulations.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to draft & update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, approach to working in a dynamic, complex and often hectic environment.
  • Operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and confidentiality, acting in the best interest of the business at all times.
