Community Growth & Management Specialist

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for content community product design, market analysis, user research, and data analysis, writing clear product requirements.
  • Uncover product needs, manage business requirements from users and internal teams, and prioritize requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data after product launch, conduct regular data analysis and evaluation of your own products, the overall industry, and competitors, and continuously optimize the product.
  • Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for a blog, Facebook page, monthly newsletters and/or promotional videos.
  • Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
  • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years of mobile internet product work experience, 3 years of community product management experience
  • Strong independent thinking and data analysis skills. Proactive, with excellent communication abilities, and focus on user experience and product details. adept at analyzing and distilling user requirements, with strong interaction design, documentation writing, and logical thinking skills
  • Heavy user of content-based products, with unique understanding of content products. Preference for candidates with experience in sports communities or large-scale community platform product management
  • Fluent in English, Able to speak Mandarin Chinese
  • Must be able to Multitask
