Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external design teams on social platforms and campaign creative
- Prepare and plan campaign program documents and creativity; conduct content copy review, proofreading and contract preparation.
- Support daily operation of the social platform while maintaining the overall appearance, content and functionality of each. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the customer experience
- Liaise and manage different parties to ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Develop and produce monthly reporting for social platforms, including data performance and analysis
- Work with agency on social platform daily operations.
- Maintain consistency of creativity in line with the brand standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related courses
- Experience in sports industry or internet company is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing channels, social media, mobile communications, and online advertising Knowledge / Certificate:
- In-depth, hands-on experience of digital media touch points (paid media): video, social, SEM/PPC, SEO, display, email, etc.
- In-depth, hands-on experience of digital marketing tools & platforms: experience in mar-tech platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc)
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing concepts and principles, specifically in the realm of performance marketing: from customer acquisition strategies, app engagement strategies, affiliate marketing, database marketing, cross-channel campaign management, to analytics & attribution models
- Familiar with media and market analysis, including consumer behavior study, competitor’s analysis
- New media trend sensitive
- Aware of existing social media platforms and the marketing opportunities these platforms provide
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Fluent in English, Able to speak Mandarin Chinese
- Must be able to Multitask
